Shipping Policy

We ship eligible orders to the destinations offered during checkout. Availability and any shipping charge are determined from the delivery address and items in the order, and any free-shipping option is shown at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–4 business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and weekends, holidays, carrier conditions, severe weather, address checks, or unusually high order volume can cause delays.

Address accuracy and tracking

Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code, phone number, and email. We may pause an order to clarify incomplete information. When tracking is available, it is sent to the order email after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Delays, loss, delivery, and damage

If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears lost, or a delivery scan cannot be located, contact us with the order number and tracking details so we can review the carrier record. A delivery scan is not by itself proof that the recipient personally received the parcel. For visible transit damage, keep the packaging and send clear photos or video promptly. Carrier limits, remote-area restrictions, weather, customs, and events outside reasonable control may affect service.
